Thank you for choosing Wine Not Relax for your stay. Our home is located in a peaceful residential estate, and a few simple guidelines help us keep it calm, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

 

Please take a moment to read through the information below and confirm your agreement before arrival.

  • Keep noise to a minimum
    (quiet hours: 21:00 – 09:00)

  • Respect our no-party and no-event policy

  • Only registered guests may stay overnight

  • Use security access responsibly
    (no tailgating)

  • Park only in the allocated bays

  • Treat neighbours and shared spaces with care and respect

  • Please do not smoke inside the home

  • Dispose of refuse in the designated bins

  • Dogs must be kept on a leash while outside the property
